A side-by-side practice for inner clarity.
We all carry these little inner shifts — waves of joy, ripples of resistance. They move through us all day, often unnoticed. This is a gentle way to get them out of your head and onto paper, so you can actually see what's moving inside.
A simple, surprising practice. Three pages, twenty minutes. When you place them side by side at the end, the contrast can be startlingly clear.

Grab a fresh page and draw what movement feels like for you right now — spirals, waves, clouds, ripples, whatever shows up. Don't think too much, let your hand lead…
On a new page, note or sketch what you love right now — the people, places, sensations that light you up. What feels alive and yours…
Now do the opposite. Draw or write what no longer fits — what weighs you down, drains your energy, or no longer feels like yours…
Place all three pages next to each other. Look at the contrast. It can be surprisingly clear — what's moving, what you love, what you're ready to let go…
"You've just made a visual map of what's moving inside you.
This is how clarity arrives — gently, on paper."
This practice was originally a gentle invitation I posted on my Instagram. If you'd like to see the visual version with the original artwork — or share it with someone — the post is right here.

Discover 31 Days →It's a reflective art therapy practice that helps you map two opposing inner forces — what's currently moving you forward and what's weighing you down. By giving each visual form on paper, you make abstract feelings concrete enough to look at and work with.
Anytime you feel pulled in opposite directions, stuck in a decision, or unclear about why you're stagnant. It's particularly powerful during transitions, before important choices, or when you sense an internal conflict but can't articulate it.
No. This practice is entirely private. The map you create is for you alone — a way of seeing your inner forces clearly. Some people keep theirs in a journal; others tear it up after looking at it. Both are valid.
