A creative self-portrait of your inner world.
Sometimes we rush into new goals or changes without really seeing where we are. This little exercise is one of my favorite ways to reconnect — mapping what fills your days, what drains you, and what still needs space.
A creative self-portrait — drawn slowly, over an evening or several weeks. There's no right way. Take one chamber at a time.

You don't need much, just a few things to help you explore. Collect what speaks to your season — colors, natural objects, paper, photos, textures, pens, glue, scissors, crayons…
On a blank page (A3 minimum if possible), draw a big heart and divide it into sections. Each chamber will hold a different part of your inner life…
Some themes to explore: People & Relationships, Identity & Roots, Memories & Places, Joy & Passions, Values & Beliefs, Dreams & Goals, Challenges & Growth. Rename them — this is your map…
Let your answers take shape — not only with words, but with lines, colors, and textures. Listen to what each theme stirs in you, and let it appear on the page…
You don't have to finish today. Take one chamber each evening or week. Let new memories and symbols appear naturally. Transformation takes space…
"It's a way to say: 'Here I am, honestly.'
And from there, everything starts to make more sense."
